Duchess Bag by Maggy55 - complete kit

This high-end leather kit contains absolutely all the materials you will need to complete your Duchess Bag, by Maggy55.

The leathers included in the kit are supple and do NOT require skiving. Each of our leather hides is hand picked to ensure the most beautiful hides with the highest yield. 

The lining comes pre-interfaced, and the YKK zippers are already cut down to size (no teeth removing required). 

This is a pre-order and the actual kit will be mailed out around October 15th, 2024.

Included in the kit:

Lambskin or Plonge Leather for the exterior of the bag
Pre-interfaced linen for the exterior, if applicable 
1/2 yard of pre-interfaced satin lining
1 yard of Kraftex
1 yard of Decovil Light
Bontex bag stiffener
1/8" closed cell foam
#5 YKK metal zipper, custom matched to leather + pull. The zipper is cut down to size, so no teeth pulling is required.    
#3 nylon zipper for interior pocket + pull

Please note that this kit does not include the pattern. The pattern is available exclusively here.

Although our lambskin and plonge leathers are domestic sewing machine friendly, a semi-industrial or industrial machine are recommended for this project.
