These are online courses, available immediately and hosted on a platform called Thinkific (you will receive comprehensive instructions via email shortly after your purchase). The content is 100% pre-recorded, so you can follow at your own pace and watch the edited videos as much as you would like. The content is presented in a very organized, easy to follow manner. In addition, you will also be invited to join a private Facebook Group, where you can ask questions, interact with Isabela, share your progress & socialize. 

Access to the platform is for a full year, unless you purchase all 3 courses at once. In that case you will have access for 2 full years.
